Please make sure you return the item in the original unused state and unaltered in any way. The credited or refund will be done in a timely manner after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Pneuma Consulting reserves the right to refuse returns on used and damaged products.

Return Policy
We request information from you on our order form. To purchase from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so they are determined on a per order basis.
Delivery and Timing
If an item is in stock it is shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. Custom orders may take up to six weeks before being shipped. Delivery times will vary but as a general rule within two business days within Canada, three business days within the rest of North America and within 7 business days internationally. If an item is held up at customs for inspection delivery may take longer.
